Rough natural formations manifest themselves in the famous Réserve Naturelle des Gorges de l'Ardèche and in the nearby Bois de Païolive. The boulders in this forest sometimes look as if they have been scattered by a giant's hand. Erosion has given them all kinds of bizarre shapes. This spacious and tastefully decorated villa with 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is situated in a beautiful location within the luxury villa park, and the villa and garden offer plenty of privacy. At the end of 2022, this villa was equipped with solar panels. The living room with separate sitting and dining areas and a spacious open kitchen offer plenty of opportunities and space to enjoy time with family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, refrigerator (2), coffee maker and Senseo, and a combination microwave with oven function. The beds are made upon arrival.

There are two double bedrooms on the ground floor. The villa has two bathrooms, one on the ground floor (equipped with a shower, suitable for disabled people) and one on the first floor (equipped with a bath). The first bathroom has a sink, shower, and toilet. The second bathroom has a sink, toilet, and bath. There are also two double bedrooms on this floor. The beds can also be made up as single beds.

From the villa, you can walk straight into your garden through the sliding doors, where you can enjoy the outdoors under the spacious covered terrace with patio furniture. The private pool in the garden has a large terrace. The private pool is open from April to October.

The villa also has a washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities, and WiFi internet. There is space for 2-3 cars to park at the villa itself. There is also a charging station to charge your electric car; charging between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. is free.

This villa has a lockable passageway to Villa Vivre and can therefore be rented together for larger groups or families who want to enjoy a holiday together.
