Villa Julie

Beautiful, spacious villa for 10 people, located on the border of the holiday park Les Rives de l'Ardeche near the picturesque village of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc in the Ardèche. At the park, guests of this villa are free to use the communal outdoor pool. The villa also has a private pool in the garden

Please note: this villa will be completely renovated this spring. Inside, air conditioning will be installed in the living room and 4 of the bedrooms and new crockery and kitchenware will be purchased. Outside, the terrace will be redesigned, painted, solar panels will be installed, the pool deck will be replaced and the pool can be heated from next season (for an additional fee). New photos will follow after the renovation!

Accommodation: 10 people, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms

Spacious living room with sofas and armchairs, and television. Large dining area with ten chairs, open kitchen with all modern conveniences and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Through the sliding doors in the living room you can walk onto the covered terrace. Two bedrooms for two people are located on the ground floor. Bathroom with shower and separate toilet. The beds are made upon arrival.

First floor: three bedrooms for two people and bathroom with bath, shower (in bath) and separate toilet. Mosquito screens have been installed in the upstairs bedrooms.

Outside: beautiful view over the surrounding vineyards and hills, this villa is on the edge of the park. Full garden with private pool, surrounded by sun loungers to enjoy the sun. The private pool is available from April to October. If you want to withdraw in the shadow, you can do so on the covered terrace.
The pool is closed during the winter (November - March).
