VILLA LA COQUILLE

Enjoy a relaxing stay at Les Demeures du Luc, a charming holiday home set in peaceful, leafy surroundings.
The villa is situated at the highest point of the estate, at the end of a cul-de-sac.
This location guarantees privacy, tranquillity and stunning views across the vast
surroundings of the Luberon.

The villa was built in 2008 and tastefully refurbished in 2025, with additional comforts added (air conditioning on
the upper floor, heated swimming pool, charging point). The garden was redesigned in the spring of 2026,
including a private boules court.

The living room offers views of the garden and the panoramic surroundings, alongside a cosy
dining area with a large dining table that seats 8 people. In the sitting area, you will find a TV
with Dutch-language channels. You can also make use of fast Wi-Fi.

The kitchen is fully equipped: a coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle,
oven, induction hob, large fridge and dishwasher.
On the ground floor, you will also find a separate toilet, a storage room and a double bedroom
with a separate shower and washbasin.
Upstairs, there is a lovely covered terrace where you can relax with a cup
of coffee or a glass of wine. There are also three bedrooms, each with a double bed,
a separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower and bath. A hairdryer is provided.

All bedrooms on the upper and ground floors are fitted with fly screens.

Downstairs, there are also two covered terraces (at the front and side of the house). These are furnished with
a dining table and two lounge sets. In the garden, there are also several small terraces and seating areas, where it
is pleasant to relax at any time, whether in the sun or in the shade.

By the private swimming pool (fitted with an electric roller cover), measuring 4x9 metres, you can sunbathe in peace
on comfortable sun loungers.

The garage also contains a large fridge-freezer, an electric Weber BBQ and a
washing machine. An iron, ironing board and drying rack are also provided.

On the estate, you can also make use of the communal swimming pool with a separate children’s pool, the
communal tennis court, table tennis and a boules court.

In the immediate vicinity, there are several wonderful places to visit, such as Fontaine-de-
Vaucluse, Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, with its charming antique shops, Lagnes, Gordes, Saint-Pantaléon, etc., and
excellent restaurants to boot.
