- Single gender groups are only allowed upon request.

Flexible arrival:
Although the villa has a flexible arrival day we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Please always check with the team of Amarante Villas to make sure the dates you require are acceptable.

The rental price includes:
- Bed linen and towels (weekly changed)
- Mid Week Cleaning + Weekly cleaning + Final Cleaning
- Wifi
- Air conditioning
- High chair (on request)
- Babycot
- Welcome kit

Not included in the rental price: (to be paid upon booking)
- Reservation fee: €35

The price does not include (mandatory extras) to be paid on site:
- Deposit in cash: €500
- Tourist tax: € 15 per day
