Set across two floors and offering 200 square meters of thoughtfully designed space, Villa Avra welcomes guests into bright, airy interiors. The ground floor features a spacious living area with comfortable sofas, a fireplace, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a CD player. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, and toaster.

Two double bedrooms are located on this floor: one with an en-suite bathroom (bathtub), and another with a shared bathroom (shower). On the first floor, guests will find one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, along with two additional bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one with a shower). All bedrooms and common areas are air-conditioned for maximum comfort.

The villa's exteriors are just as impressive, with a 10 x 6 meter private swimming pool featuring a shallow children’s area, sunbeds, and a lush garden with local flowers and shrubs. The outdoor dining area is shaded and includes a brick-built barbecue, ideal for long, relaxed meals. The entire property is fenced, offering both privacy and security.
