Villa Nika offers inviting, light-filled interiors across two levels. The ground floor welcomes guests into an open-plan living room with a sofa bed, air conditioning, and a kitchenette fully equipped with an oven, freezer, and dishwasher. A bright double bedroom and a bathroom with shower complete this level.

Upstairs, guests will find a second double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower and access to a private terrace, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation under the stars.

Villa Nika is part of new complex with 2 brand new and independent holiday villas (the other villa is Villa Nikodem), each one with a private swimming pool.
Villa Nika and Villa Nikodem have been built one beside the other and they can be rented individually or together (8/10 sleeps in total). Both villas are completely independent, but they can turn into a single property opening the gate which divides their garden.
