This thoughtfully designed two-story villa welcomes guests into bright, modern interiors that combine comfort and style. The ground floor features an open-plan living area with Smart TV, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen, including oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and all necessary cooking utensils. A bathroom with shower and a double bedroom are also located on this level. Upstairs, guests will find a second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to a private sea-view terrace — perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. A sofa bed in the living room can accommodate a fifth guest. All rooms are air-conditioned and include mosquito nets for added comfort. Villa Nikodem is part of new complex with 2 brand new and independent holiday villas (the other villa is Villa Nika), each one with a private swimming pool. Villa Nikodem and Villa Nika have been built one beside the other and they can be rented individually or together (8/10 sleeps in total). Both villas are completely independent, but they can turn into a single property opening the gate which divides their garden.
