The ground floor welcomes guests with a bright living room with a fireplace, a dining area, and a modern kitchen that opens onto a furnished terrace. This level also includes a charming bedroom with a bunk bed and outdoor shower, plus a guest WC.

The lower level houses the main sleeping quarters: one bedroom with a double bed, a large bathroom with shower and bathtub, and two additional double bedrooms each with its own en-suite shower room. A fitness room with exercise equipment and a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer complete the space.

All bedrooms feature access to outdoor areas and are fully air-conditioned for year-round comfort.
