The price includes:

Not included in the rental price: (to be paid upon booking)
- Booking fee: € 35

The price does not include (mandatory extras) to be paid on site:
- Deposit in cash or by credit card: € 500 per stay
- Extra bed (on request): € 100 per week
- Heating (on request): 7.00€ per cubic meter
- Air conditioning (mandatory): 0.80€ per kWh
- Pets (on request): 10.00€ per pet per day
- Tourist tax (mandatory): 2.50€ per person per day
- Late arrival (after 8 p.m.): € 50
- Late arrival (after 10 p.m.): € 100

Policy
The property will be professionally cleaned at the beginning of the rental period. Tenants are responsible for maintaining good hygienic conditions throughout the property and its accessories during their stay and at the end of the rental period.
Rental prices include linen as well as gas for cooking and hot water. Electricity and heating are charged extra upon consumption or by a fixed amount.
Waste disposal is the client's responsibility and must be done in accordance with local regulations. Failure to do so may result in a fine ranging from €100 to €150 upon check-out.
An inspection of the premises will be conducted upon departure to ensure that no items are missing and that there is no abnormal wear and tear on the property caused by the renter (e.g., broken windows, damaged furniture, burned linen, etc.). Depending on the assessment, the security deposit will be refunded.
For safety reasons, the use of the wood oven and barbecues must be arranged upon arrival and may be subject to restrictions in compliance with local environmental regulations
