Ascending 13 steps, the farmhouse is reached on two levels. The main floor is made of the kitchen, with access to the external laundry, and the panoramic living room. The upper floor, reached by 16 steps, includes two rooms: a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a twin bedroom with a private bathroom equipped with a shower and external access.

Swimming pool
Few steps from the house, the rectangular pool (exclusive use) measuring 3m x 12m, with a constant depth of 1.50m, takes centre stage. Access is via a ladder, and chlorine purification ensures water hygiene. On one side of the pool is the external hot tub, heatable upon request and subject to weather conditions. Pool is open from 1 May to 1 October.
