The price includes:

Not included in the rental price: (to be paid upon booking)
- Final cleaning (mandatory): €500
- Late check-in (after 8 p.m.): €50 (optional)
- Late check-in (after 10 p.m.): €100 (optional)

The price does not include (mandatory extras) to be paid on site:
- Refundable deposit by cash or credit card: €1500 per stay
- Electricity (mandatory): €250
- Heating (on request): €7 per kWh
- Pets (on request): €10 per pet per day

Policy
The property will be professionally cleaned at the beginning of the rental period. Tenants are responsible for maintaining good hygienic conditions throughout the property and its accessories during their stay and at the end of the rental period. Rental prices include linen, initial cleaning, as well as gas for cooking and hot water. Electricity and heating are charged extra upon consumption or by a fixed amount. Waste disposal is the client's responsibility and must be done in accordance with local regulations. Failure to do so may result in a fine ranging from €100 to €150 upon check-out. An inspection of the premises will be conducted upon departure to ensure that no items are missing and that there is no abnormal wear and tear on the property caused by the renter (e.g., broken windows, damaged furniture, burned linen, etc.). Depending on the assessment, the security deposit will be refunded. For safety reasons, the use of the wood oven/barbecues must be arranged upon arrival and may be subject to restrictions in compliance with local environmental regulations. Tourist tax is not included in the rental rate. Depending on availability, one baby bed and high chair are usually provided free of charge. Late check-in is possible. A fee of €50 is required after 8 pm, and a fee of €100 is required after 10 pm. Any late arrivals must be arranged in advance.
