- Single gender groups are only allowed upon request.

The rental price includes:
- Final cleaning
- Daily maid service from Monday to Sunday (from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm)
- Pool towels
- Bed linen two sets
- Bath towels two sets
- Electricity
- Daily cleaning

Not included in the rental price: (to be paid upon booking)
- Reservation fee: € 35
- Security deposit € 2.000 (+ € 1.000 in case of meals request). The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
- Local taxes from 1st April to 31st October € 2,50 per person (from 10 years onwards) per day
- Parking (to be reserved in advance) € 30/day
- Pool heating € 6000/week, Babysitter € 35/hour.
