- Groups of young people are not allowed.
- Groups of the same gender are only allowed when consulted with the Amarante team before booking, because of the higher risk of damages.

Flexible arrival:
Although the villa has a flexible arrival day we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Please always check with the team of Amarante Villas to make sure the dates you require are acceptable.

The rental price includes:
-Bed Linen and Towels (initial set)
-Bed linen and towels (weekly changed)
-Final Cleaning
-Internet Wifi
-Babycot (on request)

The rental price does not include (obligated extras):

- Reservation fee: € 35
- Electricity: included in the rental price up to 70 kw per a day; further consumption is to be paid extra (€ 0,40 / kw).

To be paid on the spot:

- Refundable security deposit in cash (mandatory): €300
- Electricity: €0,40 per kWh
-Tourist tax (mandatory): €3.50 per person per day

Optional extra to book, on request:

- Extra cot: € 25 per week
- Extra high chair: € 25 per week
- Extra bed: € 75 per stay
