The villa comprises two separate levels, each with independent access.

First Floor: Reached via an impressive external staircase, this level features a spacious entrance hall leading to a bright and comfortable living area with lounge, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen. There are five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom: two double bedrooms with king-size beds, two additional double bedrooms, and one bedroom with a French bed.

Ground Floor: Accessible only from the exterior, this floor includes a second living room with kitchen, dining, and sitting areas, three additional bedrooms (one double with bathtub, one twin, and one double with ensuite shower), and a games room with table tennis, table football, punching bag, and exercise bike.

Exterior: The villa boasts multiple terraces and verandas, a private swimming pool (6 x 20 m, depth 1.5–4 m, open from 31/03 to 10/11), sun terrace, gazebo, garden, outdoor shower, BBQ, and alfresco dining with sea views.
