The rental price does not include (obligated extras):

- Reservation fee: € 35
- Tourist tax: € 168

Optional extra to book, on request:
- Extra cot: € 25 per week
- Extra high chair: € 25 per week
- Pool heating: € 775
- Extra bed: € 300

Seperate Annexe € 800 per room, per week - AVAILABLE BY REQUEST ONLY. If booked, this does not increase the maximum capacity of the villa which is 13.
