Please note:
- Groups of young people are not allowed.
- Single gender groups are only allowed upon request.
- The rental price is based on 12 persons.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen (daily change)
- Pool towels
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- Daily maid service
- Beds made upon arrival
- Use of internet
- 1 High chair and 1 cot (on request)

The rental price does not include (obligated extras):
- Reservation fee: € 35
- Tourist tax: € 168
- Security deposit: € 2000 via creditcard

When an event is held at the villa (like a wedding) the security deposit will be € 5000.
Wedding fee is € 3000 per wedding.

Optional extra to book, on request:
- Extra cot: € 25 per week
- Extra high chair: € 25 per week
- Pool heating: € 550 per week between April and October
- Heating: according to consumption

Please note that guests who want to use the pool heating should request it at least 1 week before arrival.
