This beautiful villa is situated on a stunning position on the cliffs above a beach (part of the Praia d'Oura Beach), where you will find a beach bar. The villa lies close to the villas Aqueda and Pilar (we also offer these villas on our website). It's hard to believe that this villa is only a short walk from Santa Eulalia where you will find a variety of restaurants and bars. Some of these restaurants are visible from parts of the garden. There are enough places in the garden where you will enjoy complete privacy. The popular Areias de São João is also nearby making this a good choice for groups, including teenagers. Many customers can’t get enough of this idyllic place. .
Bicos is located only 10 minutes from the Praia da Oura and Praia dos Bicos, a peacefull area, and on the other side its only a short distance to the vibrant nightlife (bars and restaurants) of Albufeira. This villa is perfectly situated on a prime location near some of the best golf courses of Europe. The villa is built on a high point with fantastic ocean views.

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms both with en-suite bathroom (2 bedrooms that can be linked).
The large living room (lots of glass) has a fantastic view of the charming gardens, pool and sea. The living room has a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The dining room opens onto the garden where you can take a swim in the pool, relax in the Jacuzzi or enjoy an outside barbecue.
The first floor is accessed via a wooden staircase. On the first floor are three double bedrooms, one with fireplace and all with private bathroom with shower and bath. One bedroom with twin beds and ensuite bathroom. On the second floor there is a small office and a large balcony. The villa also has a garage with space for two vehicles and a small game room with pool table.
