Flexible arrival:
Although the villa offers flexible arrival dates, we cannot allow too many empty days between bookings. Please always contact the Amarante Villas team to ensure that your preferred dates are available.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Pool towels
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- Mid-stay cleaning (towel change + light cleaning) and final cleaning
- Beds made on arrival
- Use of internet
- 1 high chair and 1 cot (on request)
- Air conditioning

The rental price does not include (mandatory extras):
- Security deposit: €50 per week, non-refundable (damage covered up to €1,500 per booking).
- Booking fee: €35
- Tourist tax: €112 per week

Optional extras, on request:
- Extra cot: €25 per week
- Extra high chair: €25 per week
- Heating: €175 (compulsory between 1 November and 31 March)
