- Groups of young people are not allowed.
- Single gender groups are only allowed upon request.

Flexible arrival:
Although the villa has a flexible arrival day we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Please always check with the team of Amarante Villas to make sure the dates you require are acceptable.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Pool towels
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- Final cleaning
- Beds made upon arrival
- Use of internet
- 1 High chair and 1 cot (on request)

The rental price does not include (obligated extras):
- Deposit redemption: € 50 per week, non refundable (damage covered up to € 1.500 per booking)
- Tourist tax: € 84
- Pets by request: € 150
- Reservation fee: € 35

Optional extra to book, on request:
- Extra cot: € 25 per week
- Extra high chair: € 25 per week
- Extra bed for a child: € 100 per week
