- Single-sex groups are permitted by request only.

Flexible arrival:
Although the villa offers flexible arrival dates, we cannot allow too many empty days between bookings. Please always contact the Amarante Villas team to ensure that your preferred dates are available.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Pool towels
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- Mid-stay cleaning (towel change + light cleaning)
- Beds made on arrival
- Use of internet
- 1 high chair and 1 cot (on request)

The rental price does not include (mandatory extras):
- Damage insurance: €50 per week, non-refundable (damage covered up to €1,500 per booking).
- Booking fee: €35
- Final cleaning: €200
- Tourist tax: €196 per week

Optional extras, on request:
- Extra cot: €25 per week
- Extra high chair: €25 per week
- Winter heating: €175 per week
- Air conditioning: €175 per week
- Pool heating: €200 per week
