Please note:
- 2026 - 26 March 2027: 11 bedrooms, 11 bathroom, maximum 24 persons
- March 27, 2027: 13 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, maximum 30 persons
- Groups of young people are not permitted.
- Groups of adults of the same sex are only permitted after prior consultation with the landlord.

The rental price includes:
- Air conditioning
- Towels and bed linen
- Pool towels
- Use of water and electricity
- Intermediate cleaning (towel change + light cleaning) and final cleaning
- Beds made upon arrival
- Internet access
- 1 high chair and 1 cot (on request)

The rental price excludes (mandatory extras):
- Deposit buyout: € 70 per week, non-refundable (damage covered up to € 1,500 per booking).
- Booking fee: €35
- Tourist tax 2026: € 336 per week
- Tourist tax 2027: € 420 per week

Optional extras available on request:
- Extra cot: € 25 per week
- Extra high chair: € 25 per week
