- Groups of young people are not allowed.
- Single gender groups are only allowed upon request.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Pool towels
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- Final cleaning
- Beds made upon arrival
- Use of internet
- Airconditioning
- 1 High chair and 1 cot (on request)

The rental price does not include (obligated extras):
- Security deposit: € 1000
- Reservation fee: € 35
- Toerist tax: € 140

Optional extra to book, on request:
- Extra cot: € 25 per week
- Extra high chair: € 25 per week
- Extra bedroom above 8 people: on request
- Electric car charging, value per car: € 50 per week
- Pool heating: € 250 per week (unavailable from Oct 1 to Apr 30)
- Pool water temperature depends on the weather conditions and may not exceed 24 degrees Celsius on cooler days and/or nights

Please note that guests who want to use the pool heating should request it at least 1 week before arrival.
