- Groups of young people are not allowed.
- Single gender groups are only allowed upon request.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- Final cleaning
- Airconditioning
- Beds made on arrival
- Use of internet
- 1 high chair and 1 cot (on request)

The rental price does not include (mandatory extras):
- Security deposit: €3000
- Tourist tax: € 196
- Reservation fee: € 35

Optional extras, on request:
- Extra cot: € 25 per week
- Extra high chair: € 25 per week
- Pool heating: € 600 per week
- Heating: additional charge from May to September

Guests wishing to use the pool heating must request it at least 1 week before arrival.
