On the ground floor: Spacious entrance hall. The sitting room just in front that opens to the covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool. It has a fireplace, a smart TV with Lazer (Sky channels) and DVD player.

The kitchen is located on the left-hand side of the hallway and is fully equipped with appliances including a toaster, blender, kettle, coffee maker, electric hobs, oven, microwave, American fridge freezer, and dishwasher. Next to the kitchen there is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as iron and iron board. On the same area of the kitchen, there is a dining area with table for 6, opening as well to the covered terrace. The downstairs bedroom area is located on the right-hand side of the hallway.
There are 2 steps and a double bedroom on the left-hand side. It has a dressing area and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The bedroom opens to the garden. There is another bedroom with a double bed and a small TV. Just outside the bedroom, there is a bathroom with shower.

On the first floor:
A staircase leads to the first floor. On the hallway to the bedrooms, there is a sitting area, with TV and DVD player.
The spacious master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool with a table and 4 chairs. Two steps take us to the fourth bedroom, with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is a small terrace overlooking the pool with a small table and 2 chairs.

Outside:
There is a covered terrace with sofa seating in front of the living room and a dining table for 8 people.
Two steps take us to the rectangular shaped pool with approximately 5x9 meters. The shallowest area has 1,6m and the deepest area has 2m depth. The pool can be heated by a supplement. There are sun loungers near the pool. On the left-hand side, there is a gas BBQ area with a pergola.

On the entrance of the property, an electric gate opens to the driveway with lots of parking.

This is a fully air-conditioned property also with central heating for the chillier days.
The price includes free usage of the Wi-Fi, the Air Conditioning and pool towels.
Towels and bed linen is changed every 7 days.
