Very modern villa with a big private pool, located in the little village Meco. The villa is located close to the ocean and ther area have a lot to offer. You can enjoy the beach for swimming, surfing or diving and you can make very nice walkings in the area. Sesimbra is very close (ca. 13 km) and this village have a very nice centre with lovely restaurants.

The villa is located ca. 40 km from the capital city Lisbon and the beach is only 1,1 kms away.

Ground floor: a large living room and dining room with open space and fireplace. A nice and well equiped modern kitchen,
1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 open bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with jacuzzi.
First floor: 1 bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.
Outside: The villa is integrated in a quiet neighborhood. There is a large big private pool (12 x 5 m) with terrace and sun loungers. The barbecue area is just outside the kitchen with outdoor dining space. A very nice garden gives children the possibility to play and relax. On the first floor of the villa there is a solarium, where you can enjoy the sunset in the ocean.
