The villa has a flexible arrival day, but we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Therefore, always check in advance with our team whether the period of your preference is possible.

Not included in the rental price:
- Reservation fee: € 30
- every extra bed: € 200 per week (max. 6)
- Winter heating: € 200 per week
- Pool heating: € 200 per week from May - September
- Pool heating: € 300 per week from October - April
