Please note:
- This villa has a different payment schedule: 50% deposit when the booking is made and the balance needs to be paid 6 months before arrival, non refundable.
- Groups of young people are not allowed.
- Single gender groups are only allowed upon request.

The rental price includes:

- Towels and bed linen
- Pool towels
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- Air conditioning
- Daily cleaning of bedrooms & bathrooms
- Final cleaning
- Beds made upon arrival
- Use of internet
- 1 High chair and 1 cot (on request)

The rental price does not include (obligated extras):
- Reservation fee: € 35

Optional extra to book, on request:
- Extra cot: € 25 per week
- Extra high chair: € 25 per week
- Heating for jacuzzi: € 450 per week
- Extra bed for children (3-12 y): € 400 per week, per bed
