"Modern well equipped villa"
April 2024 We really enjoyed our family stay at this villa. I can recommend it as it was clean and well equipped. Management were helpful. The pool was pretty cold but it was April. It’s in a good position for visiting all the Algarve.

September 2022 Beautiful spacious modern Villa, well equipped with everything provided for you to enjoy your holiday. Excellent location and easy to find.
Only slight problem was key code for access was incorrect, phone call to Rex sorted that out.

"Fantastic for large groups"
July 2022 Location was fantastic, walking distance to amenities but also easy access to local resorts via taxi - Uber was the best thing for us as needed 3 vehicles for the full party. Overall the villa was excellent, any niggles we had were rectified very quickly however there are a few things that need to be reviewed for future bookings to make this perfect:
1) Sunloungers - there were only 6 for a villa that sleeps 14, should ideally be one per person.
2) Shade - there is no shade at all except for one parasol and we were unable to use the outside seating are for the majority of the day as the table shade is broken. Not ideal when catering for families with young children.
3) No rails for both internal and external steps, particularly an issue when feet were wet.
4) Flooring around pool area gets exceptionally hot, however there is not a lot that can be done here.
5) As there is no air-conditioning, fans should be provided in every bedroom as a minimum. The upstairs was particularly warm as the sun is om the rooms all day.
We would however book the villa again as we had a brilliant 2 week stay!
