This beautiful and spacious 4-bedroom villa is just a few minutes' walk from the lake promenades in Quinta do Lago. Located in the exclusive, pleasant and quiet Quinta das Salinas area, the villa is centrally located between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, close to the ocean and within walking distance of Ancao beach and the Ria Formosa. Excellent choice of restaurants, shopping centres, cafés and bars, can be found a short drive from the villa, recreational facilities, golf and sports.

Ground floor: There is a very bright, neutral and spacious living room. It is a large open space with a dining area. In the room there are 2 cream-coloured sofas and some small poufs. The flat-screen TV is in the large wall unit by the fireplace (can be used in the winter months). From the living room there are two patio doors leading to the terrace and pool. The dining table has seating for 6 and there is another patio door to the pool/terrace.
From the dining area, you enter the kitchen. This spacious kitchen is fully equipped. The kitchen has a sliding door to the outdoor kitchen with BBQ.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. One bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom. One bedroom with two single beds and ensuite bathroom. There is also a separate guest toilet and a utility room with washer/dryer
First floor: Here you will find a spacious suite (king-size bed) with ensuite bathroom. And a bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a roof terrace.
Outside: You will find a private heated pool of 10x5 metres. Followed by a lovely spacious terrace, with outdoor kitchen, to enjoy the pool views and dine poolside. The villa is surrounded by a lawn and sheltered by trees giving plenty of privacy.
