The stately, large and mature garden of this house has many different fun places that invite guests to relax in the shade or to eat your meals. The indoor pool (heated) with patio doors to a large sun terrace overlooking the vineyards, perfect for alfresco dining.

Within 3 kilometers you will find a beach on the Lima River and an excellent golf course just 10 kilometers away. The beautiful old Roman town of Ponte de Lima with its old listed buildings, festivals, markets, theater and quality restaurants is just a 7 minute drive away. From this location it is possible to visit many beautiful villages and characteristic towns to visit such as Ponte de Barca, Arcos de Valdevez, Viana do Castelo, Barcelos, Caminha and the places on the Werld Heritage List, Guimaraes and Porto. Basic amenities such as a mini market can be found within 5 minutes walk.

The guests accommodation is split between the main house (dating from the XVII century) and the adjoining Cottage, both have recently been fully refurbished to a very high level. The renovated interior retains the original features, but offers all the comfort of modern amenities. The beautiful tiles and high ceilings were also maintained with attention to details. The living areas are beautifully appointed with comfortable furnishings.

(Main House) Ground floor: three bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom and doors leading to a covered terrace overlooking the vineyards. Bedroom with two single beds. Two guests dressing rooms. Spacious living room, television, comfortable seating, billiards and game table.

The apartment of the owners is located on the first floor of the main building. The guest accommodation is completely separate and has complete privacy.

(Cottage) Ground floor: large suite with twin beds and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom with two single beds and en-suite bathroom. Two guests dressing rooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Spacious living / dining room with comfortable seating, television and games area.
Top floor: two bedrooms with views of the vineyards and the hoofdverbijf, two bedrooms overlooking the woods. Each room has its own en-suite bathroom. Poolhouse with dining facilities (sauna, dishwasher, sink, large fridge / freezer) and doors leading to the outdoor patio with barbecue which is ideal for alfresco dining.

Outside: spacious sun terrace, lawns and mature gardens. The indoor pool (heated, 7 x 3.5 meters) at the cottage. The depth is 1.00 to 1.50 meters. Changing rooms with showers. Private tennis court.
