- Single gender groups are only allowed upon request.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Pool towels
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- Interim cleaning (towel change + small cleaning)
- Beds made upon arrival
- Use of internet
- 1 High chair and 1 cot (on request)

The rental price does not include (obligated extras):
- Deposit redemption: € 50 per week, non refundable (damage covered up to € 1.500 per booking).
- Tourist tax: € 112
- Reservation fee: € 35
- End of stay cleaning: € 150

Optional extra to book, on request:
- Extra cot: € 25 per week
- Extra high chair: € 25 per week
- Air conditioning: € 175 per week
- Air-conditioning heating: € 175 per week
- Pool heating: € 350 per week

Please note that guests who want to use the pool heating should request it at least 1 week before arrival.
