Please note:
- Groups of young people are not allowed.
- Single gender groups are only allowed upon request.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- Final cleaning
- Beds made upon arrival
- Use of internet
- 1 High chair and 1 cot (on request)

The rental price does not include (obligated extras):
- Security deposit: € 1000
- Tourist tax: € 224
- Reservation fee € 35

Optional extra to book, on request:
- Extra cot: € 25 per week
- Extra high chair: € 25 per week
- Airconditioning: € 275 per week
- Heating: € 275 per week (mandatory from mid-Oct to mid-Apr)
- Pool heating: € 275 per week

Please note that guests who want to use the pool heating should request it at least 1 week before arrival.
